my daily work out. i also up the sets of 10 and 20 to 30. so 30 of each. and i also do rows with resistance bands, 50 crunches, 50 knee ups and 30 dumbell side bend with 15lb kettle balls. and if im feeling snazzy i’ll also bust 30 shoulder shrugs with 15lbers in each hand. so its not really a half hour but nonetheless its about the burn.
cardio? sure. jump rope. 30 forward, 30 backwards, 30 skip, and repeat twice with arm dips in between sets (usually hit for 10 each break in set).
follow up with an egg/fruit/or smoothie. lots of water during and after (sip slow though no need for a cramp) and stretching too.
